Bulk production at Cascara Garments begins once your sample is approved, with the approved sample becoming the binding reference for the entire order. As an experienced OEM motorcycle riding gear manufacturer in India, we follow the same specifications from sampling through bulk production, so what your team signs off on is what moves into manufacturing.

Bulk production typically takes 45 to 60 days, with a monthly production capacity of 1,000 jackets and an MOQ starting at 100 pieces per style per colour. Cutting, stitching, armour integration, branding, and finishing are managed in-house, giving us direct control over the production process and consistency across the bulk run.

    Patterns are graded across sizes and precision-cut to maintain consistent fit and minimise material waste.

    Panels are assembled with double stitching at key stress points for strength and durability.

  • 4. Armour & Lining Integration

    CE Level 2 protectors and mesh lining are integrated according to the finalized design and specification

  • 5. Finishing & QC Handover

    Each garment goes through finishing and final quality checks before packing and handover.

Materials and Consistency

Every OEM order uses the materials locked in at sampling: full-grain and split leather, abrasion-resistant denier polyester, mesh lining, and a choice of metal, Vislon, or coil zippers. Incoming material is checked against the approved sample, and the same supplier and grade are held through the run, so colour, weight, and finish stay consistent from the first piece to the last.

Reflective panels and CE Level 2 protector inserts are placed to the confirmed reference points on every unit.

Craft and Technique

Branding on a Cascara jacket is worked into the garment. On leather jackets, logos and artwork can be set using our signature 3D Leather Inlay technique, a method developed for F1 racing team jackets, along with embossing and patchwork, depending on your design brief.

On biker and denier jackets, branding is applied through embroidery, embossing, or patchwork, chosen to suit the fabric and the order's requirements.

Engineered to Protect

Every riding jacket carries CE Level 2 protectors at key impact zones, integrated per the reference design, with shoulders, elbows, and seams reinforced by double stitching as standard. Reflective panels are added where specified, for low-light visibility. Protection is a core specification, not an add-on, and it carries through unchanged from approved sample to bulk production.
