we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we are here to help.
✅ Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
To be eligible:
The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
A clear unboxing video must be shared as proof, showing the issue clearly.
The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Once the defect is verified, we will:
Offer an exchange for the same item (if available), or
Allow a return and proceed to refund.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are processed only for defective or damaged items that cannot be replaced.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be credited within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Replaced/exchanged product will be delivered with in 7 days

Products returned without proof of defect (e.g., no unboxing video)
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Customized or made-to-order items
