Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you have to inform us before we dispatch your order. Orders once dispatched from our side cannot be cancelled and you have to accept your order at time of delivery. You can know our dispatch habits at Shipping & Return page.
You can cancel your order by giving us a call at +91-9444050828, or mail us at cascaragarments@gmail.com referring your order number you wish to cancel.
REFUNDS
We will process your refund within 2-3 working days, after receipt of the product by us. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order as mentioned below. It may take up to 7-10 working days for respective banks’ to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement or net banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
RETURN PURCHASED ITEM
No Cancellations are allowed once any order is placed. We are not responsible for any damage to the product while in transit.
In case of receiving Damaged or Defective Items please report to us, Either call at +91-9444050828, or mail us at cascaragarments@gmail.com with your concerns. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
If the order received by you is not the correct product (mistake on our end), then we will correct it at not extra cost.
Before mailing us return request you have to meet below conditions:-
1. The product is in an unused condition.
2. All the tags, stickers, materials, and packaging accompanying the product are intact.
3. The product was delivered to you in last 7 days.

Once we receive your return request, we will approve your request and share the return address to which you have to return the item. We recommend that you choose a courier service with an online tracking facility. This will help us with the delivery status of return.
Note: We do not bear the return charges, the customer will be responsible for return charges. After receiving the return item, our quality team will inspect the item's condition and initiate refund accordingly. In case of request for a different size, the customer will bear the transport charges (courier charges) both ways.
REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED ITEM
If the item is damaged/defective/wrong product received, you can mail and inform us. Once we receive your request we will approve your request and share return address to which you have to return item. As we receive item we will inspect and take appropriate action either replacement or refund.
In case of request for a different size, the customer will bear the transport charges (courier charges) both ways.
Note: If the product is in condition of replacement (product is unused, tags, material are intact and you have informed us within 24 hours of delivery of order) and your shared reason is valid as described in your mail, we will pay you return charges borne by you. We recommend you to send item back using courier service having tracking facility, this help us and you know the return status of order and will make replacement/refund process faster.
In case of fraudulent activities, we can reject your replacement request and initiate refund after deducting the complete transportation cost.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Dispatch / Handling time
We are in best practice of dispatching orders, as we dispatch orders same day we receive them.
In our everyday routine, orders placed before 3:00 PM each day are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM each day get delayed by one day and are dispatched to next business day. Likewise we take 1-2 business days to dispatch order.
Personalized Products
In case of personalized orders, please note that the time taken to process will depend on the product/design, which will be informed during acceptance.
Business Days and Dispatches
1. Our business days are Monday to Saturday.
2. Sunday is holiday and we do not process/dispatch any order on Sunday’s.
3. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Saturday are dispatched on next business day which is Monday.
Order Tracking
With every order placed by you at Cascara Garments site, we provide courier docket number which can be used to track order package in transit.
Docket number is provided by courier service provider to us and we share it with you. You can track your order package on third party courier website by inputting shared docket number.
Delivery Time
Delivery of order is solely depended upon distance and logistics service we choose to deliver your order. We cannot ensure exact time period of deliver, yet averagely it takes 3-4 business day in delivery.
Note: We track orders until they reach to our customers, if you believe your order has been delayed more than expected time period you can contact us. We will inspect the issue and take appropriate action.
